"Implementation by Elmodis Sp. z o. o. of the results of R&D work into its own business activities"
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The aim of the project is to increase the company’s innovation by implementing the results of R&D work into its business activities, i.e., an innovative platform for modeling, simulation, and predictive optimization of a distributed energy generation and storage system, as well as industrial technology systems (industrial electrical machines). The solution will contribute to increasing the availability of generation systems and energy, and improving the efficiency of energy production and consumption in industrial processes and plants, based on automatically created models using real data collected by Elmodis systems. An important component of the solution is the population of nearly a thousand devices already implemented in the company, whose data can be used for anonymized testing of algorithms in the field of industrial electrical machines and processes, as well as energy generation in the area of conventional generation sources.
As part of the project, fixed assets will be purchased to implement innovative solutions developed at Elmodis.
The result of the project will be the implementation of innovative solutions into business operations: an environment with a set of configurable solutions for industrial end users and manufacturers of industrial machinery, as well as the automation of the modeling service provided by Elmodis.
The target audience includes groups of domestic and foreign customers operating primarily in the broadly understood energy, automotive, and water and sewage industries. The product will be offered first on the Polish market, and then also on European and global markets (mainly the US and Asia).

Announcement on the Implementation of R&D Results and Innovative Solutions at Elmodis
Elmodis announces the successful commercial implementation of the results of its R&D activities, covering innovative technological solutions that support the digitalization, automation,
and optimization of industrial and energy-related processes.
As part of the implementation, Elmodis has introduced an innovative environment for predictive modeling, simulation, and optimization. The solution enables detailed modeling and optimization of energy generation systems together with energy storage systems, as well as systems of machines driven by electric motors, in particular in the areas of maintenance, diagnostics, reliability, and energy efficiency.
The new offering also includes an environment of advanced configurable solutions — designed in Elmodis tool dedicated to industrial end-users and manufacturers of industrial machinery.
The implementation further includes the automation of the modeling service delivery process,
a proprietary Elmodis solution that optimizes the company’s engineering processes.
The implemented technology and the new product portfolio are addressed to customers in both domestic and international markets, in particular in Europe, the USA, and Asia. Elmodis solutions are intended especially for the energy, automotive, and water and wastewater sectors.
