ELECTRIC ONLY PARAMETERS
Elmodis Plug&Play diagnostics devices connect directly to electric motors powering industrial machines. They extract key machine’s parameters by reading and processing electric current and voltage.
CLOUD BASED PLATFORM
The results of that analysis are sent to a dedicated client dashboard that is integrated with Microsoft Azure IoT cloud – giving immediate insights, risk notifications and enabling further analysis.
STATISTICAL PERFORMANCE ANALYSIS
No vibration or temperature sensors are required, although can be added to complement the data, which is then processed by machine-specific algorithms on each device using Elmodis Advanced Edge Computing technology.
