Requirements

We appreciate graduates of the following majors (min. 3rd year of study): 
Electrical Engineering, Automation and Robotics, Automation and Metrology, Industry 4.0 Technologies.

Required knowledge / ability of:

  • Metrology basics, including methods for measuring electrical signals, vibrations and physical parameters such as pressure, flow
  • IIoT systems general documentation, including measurements and connectivity architecture for specific implementation
  • Reading/analyzing technical drawings, electrical/hydraulic/pneumatic diagrams
  • Ethernet/WiFi TCP/IP communication and its configuration
  • Reading nominal parameters and relevant information from the nameplate of an electric motor
  • Very good command of English

Nice to have: 

  • Communication protocols – Modbus TCP, Modbus RTU, Profibus, MQTT
  • Knowledge of energy flow in electric motor power supply, loss distribution, energy efficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Support in the implementation of IIoT systems for domestic and foreign customers
  • Contact with customers/partners to obtain a set of relevant documents and information
  • Preparation of system documentation (identification of machine parameters, verification of documentation from the customer)
  • Customer support during system startup
  • Verification of correctness of system startup (connection of sensors, system configuration correctness of measurements)
  • System configuration for the customer, creation of machine configuration (asset) in the Elmodis system, connecting data sources, entering nominal parameters and other attributes
