IMPLEMENTING A PROJECT TITLED:
"Integrated Digital Twin environment for modelling and simulation of ML and AI algorithms for industrial systems optimisation"
The project concerns the development of an innovative environment that enables the automated creation of digital models of real assets (machines and process lines – digital twins) and the processes controlled and performed by these machines. The digital twin models, based on real, high-quality data downloaded Elmodis Edge IoT devices, will then be used for first a semi-automatic and then a fully automatic process of modelling optimal areas, simulating anomalies and defects using the ML and AI algorithms being developed at Elmodis.
As a result of the project’s implementation, it is planned to launch an innovative product to the Elmodis’ business activity, which will be offered first on the Polish market, and then also on the European and worldwide markets (mainly the USA and Asia). Target customers will include groups of domestic and foreign customers operating primarily in the broadly defined energy, automotive and water-sewage industries. The research project consists of an industrial research phase (phase 1, 2), development work (phase 3) and pre-implementation work (phase 4). The total length of the project is 14 months. The existing knowledge, experience and human and technical resources, as well as the interest of future customers expressed in the letters of intent fully confirm the need for the implementation of this project and the possibility of achieving market success.
The project is co-financed by the European Union with funds from the European Regional Development Fund under the Intelligent Development Operational Program.
